Reservation
All bookings must be guaranteed by a valid credit card at the time of booking. A deposit of 30% is taken at the time of booking.
Please note that your card will not be debited for the remaining balance at the time of booking, this does not apply to bookings made with the non-cancellable rate which is non-refundable, the full amount of the stay will be debited as a guarantee.
The hotel reserves the right to make a pre-authorisation on the credit card provided prior to arrival.
Minimum stay: 2 nights.
Occupancy of the accommodation
The accommodation can only be occupied by the number of people stipulated in the contract.
Payment
Cash, Credit Card (Visa, Master Card are allowed in the Domain).
Payment is made as follows:
30% of the total amount of the stay at the time of booking;
The balance at least 10 days before arrival;
Official documents required
On arrival, guests will be asked to provide their identity documents. These documents will be kept confidential within our systems and may or may not be requested for official use.
Check-in and Check-out Time
The room is available from 4pm.
Rooms must be vacated by 10:00 am on the day of departure.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation up to 30 days before the arrival date, the Domaine will not charge any fee. In the event of cancellation within 30 days of arrival, the Domaine reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation as compensation. We recommend that you take out cancellation insurance. In the event of force majeure beyond the control of the client, which in no way allows him to stay at the Domaine Saint-François, no cancellation fee will be charged.
Non-refundable rates
Non-refundable rates require a mandatory prepayment at the time of booking. These rates are non-changeable and cannot be cancelled.
No-Show
In the event of a no-show, the Domaine reserves the right to charge the full amount of the reservation as compensation. A no-show is a reservation that does not show up on the day of arrival and until 12:00 the following day. No-show bookings are automatically cancelled.
Pets
Pets are not allowed in the Domaine.
Smoking
Smoking is not allowed inside the room, an amount of 100 Euros will be charged to the client in case of non respect of the contract.
Taxes
A government tax per person and per day must be paid by the guests at the beginning of their stay.
Cleaning
A cleaning fee of 50 Euros per stay is mandatory and payable during the stay. The accommodation must be returned in a clean and tidy condition.
Dispute
In the event of a dispute between the hirer and the Domaine Saint François without the possibility of an amicable settlement, the consumer may refer the matter either to one of the territorially competent courts under the Code of Civil Procedure, or to the court of the place where he/she lived at the time of the conclusion of the contract or of the occurrence of the harmful event.

Mediation
After having contacted the service (after-sales, after travel...) and in the absence of a satisfactory response or in the absence of a response within 60 days, the customer may refer the matter to the Tourism and Travel Ombudsman, whose contact details and procedures for referral are available on his site: www.mtv.travel
